SVE Bulletin Q-356R1 released by Ford presents new challenges related to upfitting 2023 Model Year Ford trucks. Specifically, packages that contain the 360-Degree Camera and/or the Blind Spot Information System (BLIS) are not supported for box removal.
Additionally, box removal on 2023 RAM Trucks can use code 5D7 to reprogram trucks that receive an upfit. This will turn off cross traffic sensors & fast blinker flash, as well as join the taillights back in with the turn signals.
